We run our servers out of Europe and have fulltime support staff. We have very little downtime and in the event of problems, 24 hr support. We deal with all setting up of your sites on the servers, including the mandatory password protection software (of which there is a small monthly charge) and any other software. If you require any other programs or software to be installed, we will do this at no charge to you or the website.

Our database is very easy to work. You need to get your videos and photosets into the format we give you and then you simply use management interface to upload them. Once uploaded you select the photo for the preview, write text and add links. Also from the management interface you can moderate your members comments & tags, create editorials and blogs and generally run the site with the least amount of hassle. We will have an online guidebook and forum for you to refer to with simple step-by-step instructions and you will also get personalised training and support through this process.

Producing DVD's for distribution in the stores can be expensive and un-rewarding. We will be able to advise whether we thing the DVD is worth releasing in that format, or in a virtual DVD format which has the advantages of being far cheaper to produce and possibly a fairer return. If you do release a DVD we have distribution and online sales available. Part of the reason to produce a DVD is to bring people to your site, so it can be a good idea. This is generally something for after your site is launched and making revenue but if you do have a lot of content ready, we can discuss it earlier.
